Delete your YardVybz data

You can ask us to delete your YardVybz account and the personal data connected to it at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and how long it takes.
How to ask
- Email privacy@yardvybz.com with the subject Delete my YardVybz account.
- Send it from the email address on your account. If you signed in with Google or Facebook, that is the email address of that Google or Facebook account.
- Include the name shown on your profile. If we cannot tell the account is yours, we will reply to ask for more details before deleting anything.
We will confirm by email and respond within 30 days. Deleting an account cannot be undone, so we will check with you first if your request is unclear.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile, including your name and picture.
- The events and listings you posted, with the flyers, photos and videos you uploaded.
- Your likes, saves and any reports you filed.
- Your sign-in details and active sessions on all your devices.
Your account data is deleted within 90 days of your request, as set out in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos and videos are removed from our storage, and copies in our backups are cleared within 30 days after that.
What we may keep
- Ticket and payment records, where the law requires us to keep them, for up to 7 years. YardVybz does not sell tickets yet, so there are none today.
- Anonymous or combined usage figures that cannot be traced back to you.
- Backup copies, until they expire within 30 days.
Delete only some of your data
If you want one listing, a photo or a video removed, or your profile picture or name changed, email us the same way and say which. You do not need to delete your whole account.
If you signed in with Facebook or Google
Deleting your YardVybz account does not remove YardVybz from your Facebook or Google settings, and the reverse is also true. To stop YardVybz receiving your details from them:
- Facebook: go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, find YardVybz, and choose Remove.
- Google: go to your Google Account > Security > Your connections to third-party apps and services, find YardVybz, and choose Delete all connections.
This stops new sign-ins using that account. To delete the data we already hold, email us as described above.
